House Rules
Please be respectful of our home. We do charge for damaged or stained linens. Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance that runs from 10 pm to 6 am. Also some guests are lighter sleepers so late night noise can travel through walls and ceilings. If you move furniture around please move it back. No parties • No smoking anywhere • Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation • No Loud music • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you. There will be a $500 fine if a guest brings a pet. If early check-in is available and requested on day of check-in, $20/hour will be charged.
An $80/hour will be charged after check-out time of 11:00am.
